Register on the app via your mobile number. A unique QR code that you can scan at the entry gate allows you contactless entry into the mall. The same QR code can be used to exit the mall as well, ensuring complete contactless entry and exit.
Kindly note, wearing a mask at the mall at all times is compulsory.
The app also has an exhaustive Mall Directory that helps you browse through and locate all the stores at Forum Courtyard. It has the contact details of each store and let’s you contact the store of your choice via the call-in feature of the app.
